Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know before 6pm the night before if you have selected the first delivery slot, failure to cancel before the time mentioned will result in your credit being automatically deducted.

If you have ordered on the day and selected one of the later delivery slots and you would like to cancel you must let us know 2 hours prior to dispatch, failure to do so will result in your credit being automatically deducted.

Credit duration

3k / 6k / 12k / 24k / 36k / 48k / 70k packages – These credit packages have no expiry.

Refunds and transferring credit

We don’t offer refunds, but you can transfer credit to someone else.

Minimum order

We have a minimum order of 300THB

How the credit packages work & Payment

Credit options with Pure Prep are very simple, you buy a credit option package and we give you FREE credit, up to 30%!! The credit is then added to your Pure Prep wallet and will be available when you place an order, just select ‘Pure Prep Thailand Wallet’ when you checkout.

You can pay for a credit package via transfer or select cash on delivery. Credit card payments are accepted in-store only. New customers who select COD will be contacted first to confirm order before dispatch.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for your wallet balance to appear in your account, when ordering if the credit has not been applied please select ‘cash on delivery’ and tell us you have ordered a credit option package in the ‘Order notes’ field on checkout.

Ordering information

Orders must be in by 7pm the day before if you select the first delivery slot, failure to order before the cut off time will result in your delivery being delivered on the next slot or the next day if we only deliver one time to that certain area.
