Our dine-in restaurant and pick-up counter is located within Training Ground Fitness Centre. Come visit us today and enjoy our freshly prepared dine-in menu. You can even use your credit in-store.

Is your beef and chicken halal?
Both our beef and chicken are halal.
Can I collect my food if I don’t want delivery?
Yes, you can collect your order from our store any time from 10am up until 4.30pm.
If I have an allergy can you cater for me?
If you have any food allergies you can contact us directly either through whatsapp or face book and we can put you in contact with a nutritional expert.

We delivery daily except Sundays with scheduled times, please visit our delivery page for full details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout. They are calculated dependant on distance and estimated traffic at the time of ordering for the delivery slot chosen.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
You don’t need to be home to receive delivery, however please let us know who or where we can leave the food with weather it’s a friend, security or reception.
Where will you deliver to in Bangkok?
We deliver within 20km of our store at Training Ground, Phra Khanong Nuea, Bangkok, on checkout please ensure your address is entered correctly to make sure you are inside the delivery zone otherwise the system will not present you with a delivery slot.
I am outside the delivery zone, what options do I have?
We deliver within 20km of our store at Training Ground, Phra Khanong Nuea, Bangkok. If you are outside this zone you can still order for collection, you can pickup your order in person or you can use GrabExpress on the Grab App, more details can be found here for GrabExpress: https://www.grab.com/th/en/express/
IMPORTANT: For GrabExpress collections please make sure you pay via your Pure Prep wallet or bank transfer. We can not provide cash on delivery when using GrabExpress.
Can I use GrabExpress to collect my order?

What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know before 6pm the night before if you have selected the first delivery slot, failure to cancel before the time mentioned will result in your credit being automatically deducted.
If you have ordered on the day and selected one of the later delivery slots and you would like to cancel you must let us know 2 hours prior to dispatch, failure to do so will result in your credit being automatically deducted.

Credit Option
How long is my credit valid for?
3k / 6k / 12k / 24k / 36k / 48k packages – there is no time limit, you can spend the credit whenever you choose.
Can I change and choose my own meals?
Yes, we give the customers the freedom of choosing their own meals on the day they want and time slot they choose.
Can I use my credit online and in-store?
Yes, just let our staff know you will be using credit in-store. Our admin will deduct your order from your wallet and you will receive a notification.
Can I get a refund on credit packages
We do not offer refunds, but you can transfer your credit to someone else.
Can I pause my account?
No need to pause your account as the credit has no expiry.
Can I split my credit between Phuket & Bangkok?
Yes, but only on a new credit purchase. You cannot split existing credit.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to purchase credit and split it between Phuket and Bangkok please contact us first using the contact button on this page.
Can I share my credit?
Yes you can share credit with a friend, you will either:
- both use the same online account and both have access
- both have an account with the Pure Prep website and use the ‘wallet transfer’ feature by entering their registered email address.
How can I purchase credit?
Credit can be purchased in-store or online. If purchasing online you can pay via transfer, please note you can not purchase credit with existing credit.
